Another example of our “Flippin’ House”:
This little property in North Hollywood netted the highest on record (at the time!) per square foot based on our improvements to the property. what did we do?
- We flipped the floor plan but turning the too small dining room into a home office (possible third bedroom???) by adding doors. Easy peasy :).
- We moved the dining room to the oddly laid out family room, creating the highly sought after great room! Dining, lounging/tv viewing and kitchen all in one space.
- We painted EVERYTHING so it was fresh and clean for our buyers.
- We added closet doors to an less-than-lovely laundry.
- We added french doors to the backyard access.
- We added a door from the garage to the lovely little backyard AND added a window, turning the garage into a great getaway for teens, aspiring musicians or even the potential of an ADU.
- We freshened up the hardwoods and replaced worn carpeting.
