Not only did I think this chair set up was pretty cool, I loved seeing so much of the dusty purple showing up all over market. I haven’t seen really, true red for a while. This carpet LITERALLY drew me into this showroom. It feels fresh and clean, not tired. Especially with the clean white on top. Alright……get REALLY close when you’re looking at this. These chairs are ALL acrylic. This was by far the coolest, newest thing I saw at market. They’re not inexpensive. I think they sell for about $800 each, but they make quite the statement. Peacocks were EVERYWHERE. We saw it starting about two years ago, with the Dwell Studio Peacock upholstery fabric, but it felt like EVERY showroom had something in a peacock motif. Most was statuary, but I liked this one. And it’s HUGE. A colleague suggested I look at this line. It’s a great little line up of an assortment of products. Most are reasonably priced, some American Made. Perfect for Southern California or beach homes with a nice fresh look. More from Gabby Home. Loved the combination of aged and distressed horizontal surface with fancy legs. OH and there were cowhides EVERYWHERE. Funny thing??? None for sale. All Props. Hmmmmmm. Paintings of ladies attire has been around for quite a while, but this one in black and white felt nice and fresh and elegant to me. We decided this was one of the strangest looking pieces at the show. Not sure if its the combination of a traditional looking chenille on a highly contemporary chair, but it was remarkably comfortable and it bounced! Another shot of these cool acrylic chairs. Poor quality shot as I had already left this showroom but loved this coffee table and need the pic! Note the wallpaper – everywhere!! Beautiful pieces from the Global Views showroom. One of my personal favorite lines as it has best properties of traditional and modern. How fun are these?? A chandelier made of decanters. Anyone up for a little diy project? These are not typically something I would post, but these crafty items were so clever!! I bought a couple of the Christmas themed ones – made of scrabble pieces and vintage playing cards. Very unique. Another gorgeous vignette from the Global Views showroom.
