Need to get your listing photo ready? We’ve created the program for you! This is not just staging. We have created a comprehensive, curb to backyard approach that our agents love. While we are happy to simply stage your vacant listing, our Profit by Design program takes a comprehensive approach to selling your listing. This is NOT just about the furniture and decor of the home.
We look at your property through the eyes of your buyer. What do they want? What colors are on trend? What sort of spaces appeal to the buyers NOW. We use our Interior Design experience and knowledge of the real estate market to create a product your buyers will LOVE and pay top dollar for.

What we do:
The best part for our agents? WE coordinate and organize the entire project. You tell us your goals, we share our suggestions and together we come up with a plan for the property. You sit back and work on the rest of your marketing plan and we’ll give you the date to schedule the photographer!
