So we bought a house! THIS house, actually!
It’s a bit of project but the perfect size, layout and location for us. I’m setting up this page to share the process if you’d like to follow along! I’ll even share my shopping links and mood boards :).
These are a few of the listing photos. The house was built for the previous owners and they loved it very much! They layout was great for us but it its biggest selling point is not in these photos! It is a massive four car garage that will house a one bedroom ADU. You see, this house is very close to our grandbaby and our grown children and we wanted a place to comfortable stay when we visit them and our friends in Portland, Oregon. But as we won’t be living full time, we plan on getting into the short term market game.
So both the main house and the ADU will be short term rentals or STR :). Lots to do and lots to implement and LOTS to share!!!
