Now I probably shouldn’t make a sad face when a job is over, but it does make me blue as I miss seeing the clients on a regular basis. Especially these two! I’ve worked with them for a while now. We did their living room and family room. If you’re reading along, they’re the ones with the cute little cribbage table and living room with the grandson climbing structure!
Last fall, I got a phone call that they were remodeling their great room. I was called in to assist with the selection of the cabinet color and the tile work, fireplace, flooring, counter tops and lighting and fixtures. As we had paint colors and fabrics and furnishings completed we were matching the surfaces to the soft goods. USUALLY it’s easier to do it the other way, but luckily we found some great stone, solid surface and recycled glass tiles.
Today was picture day. I came a bit early and made the room look her photo best, then sat back and let Burt, the photographer do his thing. I’ll post the pictures once I get copies of them. In the meantime, know that Mitch and Arlene Stanley of Stanley Renovation and Design in Milwaukie Oregon designed the kitchen and great room layout design and did a phenomenal quality job of construction….the clients are thrilled!!!
Below are some of the product selections we made. The tile/solid surface came from CFM and lighting from Lamps Plus.
