Sometimes a project aligns perfectly as a win for everyone. This house started it’s second life with a relocated women pre-kids. Fast forward 20 years, 4 kids later, multiple pets and being “that” house on the street where everyone hangs out and this house needed a little love.
Add to that and a nice family within their community needed and longed for their first home for their three kids but was struggling to make all the pieces come together.
We recreated this overly loved home with some freshness, a few repairs, a couple of upgrades and voila! Everyone’s a winner.
A little inspiration and direction
New owners want to keep the wood tones, keep the red brick and loved red!
One of the biggest improvements was in the kitchen. It had a 1970’s drop ceiling and the washer and dryer lived here as well. The goal was to have this room live large and hide the laundry.
